Following the delivery of an update to the action plan aimed at setting the progress of an action to 0% by default, an anomaly occurred.
This anomaly was related to old data: some actions did not have progress information entered in the database, which caused errors when reading this progress information.
The malfunction was visible in certain dedicated environments.
The incident has been fixed and the resolution was deployed during the Friday, January 16th delivery.
